zaha (16  July  2009,  Hong  Kong)  SOHO  China  has  unveiled  the  innovative  model  with unconventional  features  of Chaoyangmen SOHO  III  in  the  showroom  of  the  project  on East  2nd Ring Road  in Beijing. The  design  is  the work  of world  famous  architect  Zaha Hadid.
 
Zaha Hadid  is a British architect described by Chairman of SOHO China, Pan Shiyi, as one “having tremendous creativity”. She worked with SOHO China in 2003 on the logistics port  “SOHO City”, which has  impressed  the entire architectural community  in China.  In 2004,  Zaha  was  awarded  the  Pritzker  Architecture  Prize,  dubbed  the  Nobel  Prize  in architecture, which put her among the top architects in the world. Chaoyangmen SOHO III is another testimony to her design excellence. The architectural cluster is made up of four structure  of  fluid  design  featuring  no  straight  lines  but  smooth  curvy  flow,  standing conspicuously apart from the plain design of other structures in its neighborhood. Quoting its designer, the project has an architectural design of the 21st Century  that offers a new perspective of Beijing to the world in the new century.What’s interesting on SOHO’s developments, is that they invite renowned architects to participate, under heavy budgets restrictions in order to delivery quality projects for the “stylish middle class”.  They also have a great corporative culture as you can see on their website.

“Dear friends, distinguished guests:
 How are you!
Today we will be here to announce SOHO China – Chaoyang Gate SOHO design program, a year after all efforts to Zaha Hadid design team, mainly through the SOHO Chinese colleagues, the leadership of government departments in charge They repeated the results of the consultations; it is the designers, engineers, real estate developers, as well as government departments related to the leadership talent, wisdom together, and is fully manifested toward a perfect program; it is in the 21st century various industries created the field of scientific and technological achievements in building the most full use of the program; it is to break the shackles of tradition and dogma, bold innovation. This is a group of idealistic, ambitious people, committed to the promotion of social civilization and progress made by the effort.
